Nicole Turner-Ravana brings over a decade of nutrition experience to the food industry and public health. She has a BS in Nutrition from Pepperdine University and a MS in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. Nicole started  Strategic Nutrition in 2004 to help people have access to reliable, science-based nutrition information and to assist companies and organizations in promoting  nutrition responsibly. Nicole is also a member of:

• the Society for Nutrition Education,
• the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce
• the American School Health Association
• the American Alliance for Health Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance
• Be Local Northern Colorado

Nicole volunteers weekly at the Food Bank for Larimer County and is a community advocate for health. Nicole was honored as the 2008-2009 Food Bank for Larimer County Volunteer of the Year.
