Enhance Worksite Wellness programs with:

· “Food Wisdom” nutrition skill building classes and presentations

· Facilitated weight loss program and health goal training

· Environmental analysis for cafeterias, vending, and eating out options

SNC is also a provider for the “WellCity Fort Collins” campaign. 5% of all Well City project charges will be donated to the Food Bank for Larimer County.

Improve School Wellness programs with:

· Grant writing assistance

· Coordinated School Health implementation

· Health and nutrition curriculum implementation
